The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 242 An Act                      
providing for the forfeiture of good time sentence credits of sex              
offenders who fail to successfully complete sex offender treatment             
programs. Signing to calendar: Senator Kelly, Chair, Senators                  
Torgerson, Leman, Taylor, Duncan.

SENATE BILL NO. 242 An Act providing for the forfeiture of                     
good time sentence credits of sex offenders who fail to successfully           
complete sex offender treatment programs was read the second time.             
                                                                               
Senator Sharp, Cochair,  moved and asked unanimous consent for the             
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3156.             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 242(FIN) was

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
